How to Set up a Paypal Account

Paypal is one of the most widely used electronic wallet system that let's you pay and receive payments with just few clicks. Most of the online freelancing jobs prefer using Paypal because of its top of the line security and 24/7 customer support available for its users. It also lets users to withdraw their funds to their respective banks locally which adds more convenience with their users.

I personally use Paypal to receive payments from my online freelancing job weekly and to pay for online purchases at online stores. This article will guide you on how to successfully create a Paypal account that can send and receive payments without any restrictions.

1. Go to www.paypal.com and click sign-up at the upper right hand of the screen.

2. Choose on Personal, Premier and Business. Personally, I used the personal account since I will only be using my account for receiving payments from my online freelance job and pay for online purchases.

3. Fill up the form with the correct information since it is required to successfully withdraw funds with your respective banks.
4. I don't have any credit cards as of now, So I unchecked the automatic linking of credit cards with my Paypal account.

 5. Congratulations! You have successfully created a Paypal account, the next step is to verify the account to remove restrictions on sending and receiving payments within the system.
